Terradot

About

Terradot was founded in 2022 at Stanford and runs scaled ERW operations in Brazil, one of the world’s most suitable ERW locations due to its tropical soils and clean electricity grid. In February 2026 it acquired assets of U.S.-based ERW company Eion, combining carbon removal contracts (including deals with Frontier and Microsoft totaling over 100,000 tons) and creating a portfolio of over 400,000 tons under contract. The company has raised $58 million from investors including John Doerr, Google, Sheryl Sandberg, and Valor Capital.
