About
The International Biochar Initiative (IBI) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit member organization founded in 2006 that serves as a global industry platform for the biochar sector. It develops standards, publishes market reports, runs educational programs, and advocates for biochar as a CDR technology, but does not physically produce biochar itself.
