About
Bret Consultores SAPI de CV is a Mexico-based forestry carbon project developer that partners with ejidos and private landowners across Chihuahua, Durango, Jalisco and Quintana Roo to generate IFM-based removal credits. The company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of US-listed Arma Services (OTC: ARMV) via a 2023 reverse merger in which Bret was the accounting acquirer, effectively making Arma the public holding vehicle for Bret’s CDR business. Projects cover over 117,000 hectares combined and follow the Climate Action Reserve’s Forest Protocol for Mexico.
